With 12 years of association and non-profit management, and event organisation experience, I understand the challenges of creating a memorable and engaging hybrid or online process. Like a duck takes to water, in an online environment, I easily manage the finer points of virtual conferencing and presentation software.

When I am not facilitating or training, I sketch (poorly) and record educational videos.
